This Refund Policy applies to purchases of subscriptions and paid services from Keshtay L.C. (Registration No: 7775148). All payments and refunds are processed by our third‑party payment processor, Stripe, and are subject to Stripe's terms and policies.

Overage charges, usage fees, setup fees, and third‑party costs are generally non‑refundable except in cases of demonstrable system error, unauthorized usage due to our breach, or billing mistakes. If a billing error is found, we will correct it and issue refunds or credits as appropriate.
In lieu of monetary refunds, we may at our discretion issue service credits for outages, degraded service, or billing adjustments. Service credits will be applied to future billing and are subject to the same tier and contract rules.
After approval, refunds are submitted to Stripe within 5 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, the refunded amount may take 5–14 business days (or longer for some international banks) to appear on your statement.
All refunds are executed through Stripe and are therefore subject to Stripe's operational procedures and timelines. We do not control Stripe's processing times or the policies of your card issuer. For questions specifically about refund posting or Stripe's handling, refer to Stripe's support documentation or contact Stripe directly.
If you disagree with a refund decision, you may appeal within 30 days by contacting support@keshtay.com and providing additional documentation. For payment disputes (chargebacks), Stripe and your card issuer will handle dispute resolution according to their processes; we will cooperate with those investigations.
Refunds and adjustments are recorded for accounting and tax purposes. Where required by law, we will retain records of transactions and refunds (including invoices) for the legally mandated retention period.
We may update this policy to reflect legal requirements or changes to our payment processor's terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or posted on our site. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
